Team Management

Hermes 4s have been long term veterans of Leinster League Division 11 and after a shaky end to the season in 2010, players came back strong and the 2010/2011 season saw the 4s step up and become strong contenders for both the league and the cup.

The 4ths progressed as far as the semi final of the Division 11/12 Leinster Cup and went on to achieve 13 wins out of 18 league games placing them second in the league therefore resulting in promotion to Division 10 for this coming season.

The 4ths have a strong mix of both younger players new to the club and more experienced players. This made all the difference in our success last season, along with the time and dedication put in from coaches Sarah Hilliard and Maria Grimes Hamilton.

The hope for the coming year is to continue the success of last season taking both a competitive and fun approach and hopefully be in the running for promotion once again that would see us out of the double figures and into div 9.  This season Hermes 4 are competing in the Leinster Division 10
